Robot programming

Our robot programming supports the optimal manufacturing process.

Promised.

Robots have long been indispensable in the production of automobiles. They relieve humans not only of physically heavy but also tedious work and thus ensure cycle rates that are are impossible to achieve manually. How efficiently and well the robot performs its work depends in turn on people. It depends on the production staff as well as the programmers who tell the machine what to do, how to do it and when to do it. Ultimately, the quality of the production process depends on the perfect interaction between man and machine, and therefore also on the programming of the robots.

New technologies need new processes

  • E-mobility requires new, lighter materials and thus also special joining processes during assembly

  • New manufacturing processes, in turn, require specific know-how in order to realize high cycle rates

  • Our experience with these new materials ensures the best quality for body-in-white and assembly

Robot programming for hemming and joining processes

  • KUKA robot (with certificate “VW Vass 5 for KUKA Krc4”)

  • FANUC robots (with certificate “FANUC Certificate Visual”)

  • ABB robot (with certificate IRC5)

  • COMAU robot (practical experience only)

  • For the processes hemming (folding tools and roller technology), MIG welding, gluing, spot welding, riveting, SERRA, TOX®Presso technology, camera technology Vision (Eines & Isra Vision), screwing (Technik Rexroth)

„We know that, especially with new models or product launches, there are always new, unexpected challenges in class A production. Fast problem solving and shorter try out times – this has been saving our customers a lot of money and time for the past 25 years.“
