Flexible and exactly according to specification
In accordance with the current German Personnel Leasing Act (AÜG) and with the necessary permission from the German Federal Employment Agency, NORMATEC leases personnel in various business areas. As a member of the employers’ association GVP we employ the staff according to the current collective agreement and the corresponding industry surcharges.
Suitable for your needs
NORMATEC also recruits employees for permanent positions or for fixed-term contracts in parallel to temporary staffing. For this purpose, an individual profile is created together with the customer in order to find a qualified candidate for the task unerringly and quickly.
